環(huán)形高壓防爆風(fēng)機特點：
1、安裝容易
旋渦防爆鼓風(fēng)機可隨時安裝于使用場所供壓縮空氣或用于抽空。且能任意安裝水平或垂直的方向。
2、結(jié)構(gòu)堅固
旋渦防爆i鼓風(fēng)機本體用ADC12鋁合金鑄造 ，有別于一般鐵殼或AC10鋁合金制之鼓風(fēng)機，ADC12材質(zhì)與奔馳轎車車輪鼓同一材質(zhì)，更堅固耐用。
3、可靠性高
除了葉輪外，全風(fēng)高壓風(fēng)機沒有其他動件，且葉輪直接連接馬達，無齒輪或傳動皮帶，因此可靠性高，幾乎免維修。無油氣、無污染，葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)時，不與任何不見接觸，免潤滑，因此可保證無油氣。
4、低震動
風(fēng)機零件采用德國、日本進口加工、檢測設(shè)備，運轉(zhuǎn)部分之零件均經(jīng)過極精密之平衡設(shè)計，測試、校正所以震動率很低級。
5、低噪音
防爆風(fēng)機使用高壓低噪音馬達直接傳動，出入口皆有內(nèi)藏式消音棉，能降低運轉(zhuǎn)時噪音。

結(jié)構(gòu)說明：
2.1 電動風(fēng)機的隔爆結(jié)構(gòu)具有Ex dI、Ex dIIAT4、Ex dIIBT4。
2.2 電動風(fēng)機主體外殼防護等級IP55。
2.3 電動風(fēng)機的冷卻方式為IC411。
2.4 電動風(fēng)機絕緣等級為F級，定子繞組溫升裕度大、壽命長。
2.5 電動風(fēng)機有一個圓柱形軸伸，借聯(lián)軸器或齒輪傳動。
2.6 電動風(fēng)機定子繞組采用高強度漆包圓銅線，并經(jīng)真空加壓浸漆處理成為一個完整的整體，繞組及絕緣具有良好的電氣、機械、防潮性能及熱穩(wěn)定性。
2.7 電動風(fēng)機轉(zhuǎn)子采用鑄鋁結(jié)構(gòu)，轉(zhuǎn)子經(jīng)動平衡校驗，電動機運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、振動小、噪聲低。
2.8 電動風(fēng)機定、轉(zhuǎn)子沖片采用高導(dǎo)磁、低損耗優(yōu)質(zhì)電工硅鋼片，電動機損耗低、效率高。
2.9 電動風(fēng)機軸承選用電動機低振動、低噪聲軸承、機座號160及以下采用雙面密封軸承，在軸伸端裝有波形彈簧墊圈，以適度壓力靠軸承、有效抑制電動機運轉(zhuǎn)時產(chǎn)生的振動和噪聲，機座號180號及以上采用內(nèi)、外蓋結(jié)構(gòu)，并在軸承部位采用擋圈軸向固定，有效地防止電動機轉(zhuǎn)子的軸向竄動。
為使用電動機安全可靠運行，機座號180及以上電動機軸承結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)置有注油裝置，機座號250及以上電動機，預(yù)留軸承溫度監(jiān)測傳感元件位置。
2.10電動機風(fēng)扇、風(fēng)罩：機座號280號及以下電動機采用防靜電塑料風(fēng)扇，其轉(zhuǎn)動慣量小、損耗低，機座號315及以上采用鑄鋁或鋼板焊接風(fēng)扇，重量輕、強度高，全系列風(fēng)扇與軸采用關(guān)鍵聯(lián)接，運行可靠。風(fēng)罩為鋼板結(jié)構(gòu)，在防止一定大小的外物侵入的前提下得到da的通風(fēng)面積，使風(fēng)路通暢。
