高溫型立式環(huán)流攪拌機(jī)是針對高溫液體而設(shè)計開發(fā)的新-代攪拌設(shè)備，采
用大排量的螺旋漿推進(jìn)葉輪作為主要水力部件。運(yùn)行時，電機(jī)帶動推進(jìn)葉輪工作，池
體上部的水通過導(dǎo)水管進(jìn)入葉輪,使流體產(chǎn)生一定流速，通過環(huán)流通道的導(dǎo)向分配，
在導(dǎo)流體圓周切線方向向四周噴射擴(kuò)散，形成數(shù)條環(huán)狀主流帶。因為主流帶流速較
大，在其周圍形成了以其為中心的紊流區(qū)域，促使整個池中的水形成上下環(huán)形翻動的
大循環(huán)，從而實現(xiàn)大面積立體環(huán)流攪動，使池中污泥始終處于翻動和懸浮狀態(tài)，增加
了物相接觸面，消滅了攪拌死角，達(dá)到了均勻、溫和攪動的目的，保證了良好的厭氧
處理效果，提高了處理效率。
