進(jìn)口防爆風(fēng)機(jī)的特點(diǎn)

1、一般都是鋁外殼，運(yùn)行可靠，堅(jiān)固耐用。。

2、少油或無(wú)油運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，輸出的空氣是干凈的可提高能源利用率。

3、免維護(hù)使用，它的損耗件僅僅是兩個(gè)軸承，在保質(zhì)期內(nèi)可免維護(hù)使用。

4、相對(duì)于離心風(fēng)機(jī)來(lái)說(shuō)，其壓力高很多，往往是離心風(fēng)機(jī)的十幾倍以上。

5、機(jī)械磨損非常微小，因?yàn)槌溯S承之外，沒(méi)其它的機(jī)械接觸部分，所以使用壽命長(zhǎng)。

6、低噪音加馬達(dá)式地yi體消聲設(shè)備，震動(dòng)達(dá)到低。

                  防爆區(qū)域須知：易爆物質(zhì): 很多生產(chǎn)場(chǎng)所都會(huì)產(chǎn)生某些可燃性物質(zhì)。煤礦井下約有三分之二的場(chǎng)所有存在爆炸性物質(zhì)；化學(xué)工業(yè)中，約有 80% 以上的生產(chǎn)車(chē)間區(qū)域存在爆#炸性物質(zhì)。氧氣 : 空氣中的氧氣是無(wú)處不在的。點(diǎn)燃源 : 在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中大量使用電氣儀表，各種磨擦的電火花 , 機(jī)械磨損火花、靜電火花、高溫等不可避免，尤其當(dāng)儀表、電氣發(fā)生故障時(shí)。 客觀(guān)上很多工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)滿(mǎn)足爆#炸條件。當(dāng)爆#炸性物質(zhì)與氧氣的混合濃度處于爆炸極限范圍內(nèi)時(shí)，若存在爆#炸源，將會(huì)發(fā)生爆#炸。因此采取防爆就顯得很必要了。

 安裝事項(xiàng) 
1、風(fēng)機(jī)應(yīng)放置在較平穩(wěn)的地方，周?chē)h(huán)境應(yīng)清潔、干燥、通風(fēng)。 
2、葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)方向必須與風(fēng)扇罩殼上所標(biāo)箭頭方向*。 
3、風(fēng)機(jī)工作時(shí)，工作壓力不得大于8kpa，以免使氣泵產(chǎn)生過(guò)大的熱量和電動(dòng)機(jī)超電流引起氣泵損壞。 
4、嚴(yán)禁固體、液體及有腐蝕氣體進(jìn)入風(fēng)機(jī)泵體。 
5、進(jìn)出氣兩端的過(guò)濾網(wǎng)和消音裝置應(yīng)根據(jù)情況適時(shí)清洗，以免堵塞影響使用。 
6、風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)出氣口外聯(lián)接必須采用軟管聯(lián)接（如橡膠管、塑料彈簧管）。 
7、軸承的更換：更換軸承必須由熟悉修理工作的人進(jìn)行操作。先擰松泵蓋上的螺釘，然后按圖示順序逐一拆卸零件，拆下的零件應(yīng)經(jīng)過(guò)清洗，然后按反順序裝配。拆卸時(shí)，不能硬撬葉輪，應(yīng)用拉馬拉出，同時(shí)不要遺漏調(diào)節(jié)墊片，以免影響出廠(chǎng)時(shí)已調(diào)節(jié)器好的間隙。 
8、風(fēng)機(jī)除電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子兩只軸承外，其它部位沒(méi)有直接接觸摩擦。本氣泵軸承安裝方式主要分二類(lèi)。一類(lèi)氣泵端的軸承安裝在電機(jī)機(jī)座和葉輪中間的泵體內(nèi)，這類(lèi)氣泵平時(shí)不需要加潤(rùn)滑脂。第二類(lèi)氣泵端的軸承是安裝在泵蓋中間，此類(lèi)氣泵端的軸承應(yīng)定期加潤(rùn)滑脂（7018高速潤(rùn)滑脂）。每月一次，對(duì)于三班連續(xù)工作的氣泵應(yīng)當(dāng)增加加油次數(shù)。此類(lèi)氣泵電機(jī)風(fēng)扇端的軸承維護(hù)保養(yǎng)按一類(lèi)氣泵。
