進口蒸發(fā)循環(huán)泵工作原理：
輸送液體不是依靠葉輪對液體的離心力，而是利用旋轉(zhuǎn)葉輪葉片的推力使被輸送的液體沿泵軸方向流動。當泵軸由電動機帶動旋轉(zhuǎn)后，由于葉片與泵軸軸線有一定的螺旋角，所以對液體產(chǎn)生推力(或叫升力)，將液體推出從而沿排出管排出。當液體被推出后，原來位置便形成局部真空，外面的液體在大氣壓的作用下，將沿進口管被吸入葉輪中。只要葉輪不斷旋轉(zhuǎn)，泵便能不斷地吸入和排出液體。

拜爾法氧化鋁廠：鋁酸鈉液蒸發(fā)器介質(zhì)的強制循環(huán)。
隔膜法燒堿廠：含NaCl的燒堿液蒸發(fā)器介質(zhì)的強制循環(huán)。
真空制鹽：NaCl蒸發(fā)結(jié)晶器介質(zhì)的強制循環(huán)泵。
*廠：Na2SO4蒸發(fā)器介質(zhì)的強制循環(huán)泵。
濕法冶金廠：硫酸銅、硫酸鎳等蒸發(fā)結(jié)晶器介質(zhì)的強制循環(huán)。
煉堿廠：氯化銨工序冷析結(jié)晶器，鹽析結(jié)晶器氨母液的強制循環(huán)。
純堿廠：蒸銨廢液回收工序，CaCl2蒸發(fā)器介質(zhì)的強制循環(huán)。
