進(jìn)口化工離心泵工作原理：

啟動(dòng)后泵軸帶動(dòng)葉輪一起旋轉(zhuǎn)，迫使葉片間的液體旋轉(zhuǎn)。液體在慣性離心力的作用下葉輪中心被甩出向外周并獲得了能量，使流向葉輪外周的靜壓強(qiáng)增高，流速增大。液體進(jìn)入泵殼后，部分動(dòng)能轉(zhuǎn)換成靜壓能。于是，具有較高壓強(qiáng)的液體從泵的排出口進(jìn)入排除管路，被輸送到所需場(chǎng)所。葉輪不停旋轉(zhuǎn)，液體便不斷地吸入和排出。

自吸式化工離心泵支撐采用了雙端球軸承支撐的結(jié)構(gòu)形式，前端采用潤(rùn)滑油潤(rùn)滑，后端采用潤(rùn)滑脂潤(rùn)滑，中間有一導(dǎo)油管，用以隨時(shí)觀察密封情況和回收導(dǎo)熱油。 高溫導(dǎo)熱油泵采用填料密封和機(jī)械密封相結(jié)合的形式，填料密封用耐高溫的填料，具有良好的熱態(tài)適應(yīng)性，而機(jī)械密封則采用機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高，耐磨性好的硬質(zhì)合金材料，保證了高溫情況下的密封性能。
