雙吸中開泵泵體與泵蓋構(gòu)成葉輪的工作室，在進(jìn)出水法蘭上制有安裝真空表和壓力表的管螺孔，進(jìn)出水法蘭的下部制有的管螺孔。雙吸中開泵葉輪經(jīng)過靜平衡校驗(yàn)，用軸套和兩側(cè)的軸套螺母固定，其軸向位置可以通過軸套螺母進(jìn)行調(diào)整，葉輪的軸向力利用其葉。河北八方水泵。所受的負(fù)荷非常小，產(chǎn)生電流也很小，對(duì)電機(jī)而言影響不會(huì)有什么，水泵空轉(zhuǎn)對(duì)泵來(lái)說影響確實(shí)致命的。
進(jìn)口單級(jí)雙吸離心泵結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
1.本型泵的吸入口與吐出口均在水泵軸心線的下方，與軸線垂成水平方向．檢修時(shí)無(wú)需拆卸進(jìn)出口水管及電機(jī)。從轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)方向看去，水泵為順時(shí)針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)/根據(jù)用戶需要亦可改為逆時(shí)針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)。
2.泵主要零件有：泵體，泵蓋，葉輪，軸，雙吸密封環(huán)，軸套等。
3.泵體與泵蓋構(gòu)成葉輪的工作室，在進(jìn)出水法蘭上，制有安裝真空表和壓力表的管螺孔。進(jìn)出水法蘭的下部，制有放水的管螺孔。
4.經(jīng)過靜平衡校驗(yàn)的葉輪，用軸套的兩邊的軸套螺母固定在軸上，其軸向位置可通過軸套螺母進(jìn)行調(diào)整。
5.泵軸由兩個(gè)單列向心球軸承支承。軸承裝在軸承體內(nèi)，安裝在泵體兩端，用黃油潤(rùn)滑。
6.雙吸密封環(huán)用以減少水泵壓力室的水漏回吸水室。
7.軸封一般為軟填料密封，根據(jù)用戶需要可采用機(jī)械密封結(jié)構(gòu)。

臥式單級(jí)雙吸離心泵泵體是水平剖分的螺旋形蝸殼，兩個(gè)呈半螺旋形的吸液室與泵殼一起為中開式結(jié)構(gòu)。泵軸水平放置，軸的兩側(cè)支撐在裝有軸承的軸承座內(nèi)，雙吸式葉輪置于泵軸中間。泵的吸入口及排出口分別布置在下半個(gè)泵殼的兩側(cè)，泵體和葉輪兩側(cè)都裝有密封環(huán)，軸封裝置為填料密封，現(xiàn)在也有改用機(jī)械密封的，對(duì)稱布置在泵體的兩側(cè)。在泵蓋上設(shè)有兩根水封管將壓力水引入填料函進(jìn)行水封、冷卻和潤(rùn)滑。軸向力可自動(dòng)平衡，不必設(shè)置軸向力平衡裝置。檢修泵時(shí)，不必拆動(dòng)與泵體相連接的管路。在相同的流量下，雙吸泵比單吸泵的抗汽蝕性能更好。
