混流泵為臥式、單級、單吸、懸臂蝸殼式混流泵，適用于農田排灌、工業(yè)、城鎮(zhèn)給排水及船塢、碼頭引水等。

水泵的傳動方式
混流泵均機（電）兩用，其轉動方式視各地區(qū)動力情況而定，訂貨時根據原動機的型號（功率、轉速）確定水泵的傳動方式，以定皮帶輪的大小或聯(lián)軸器的規(guī)格。
水泵轉向：
從水泵進水口看葉輪為逆時針方向旋轉（即箭頭所示的方向旋轉）。
結構及作用說明
混流泵由泵體、泵蓋、葉輪、泵軸和軸承體等主要零件構成。
泵蓋是泵與進水管相連的零件，其端面與葉輪之間留有規(guī)定的軸向端面間隙（在消除軸承軸向活 動間隙以后，保持規(guī)定的軸向間隙）。間隙過小產生摩擦，過大則會導致泵內壓力水回流，使泵的效率降低，通過增減調整紙墊達到規(guī)定的要求的間隙。
密封裝置是由填料函、水封函、填料壓蓋和鉛粉（或油浸）石棉盤根組成。其作用有：
1、荼時防止空氣吸入泵內，起密封作用。
2、抽水時防止水從泵內過多的沿軸大量流出。
軸套用來保護軸不使它與填料直接摩擦，若*使用中發(fā)現軸套磨損過多，可換軸套。
水泵軸的兩個支承是軸承體內的軸承，軸承體內存有適量潤滑脂以潤滑軸承。
軸上的擋水圈可防止水沿泵流入軸承體內，從而保護軸承，延長使用壽命。
