取代部份離心泵、螺桿泵,來(lái)應(yīng)用于石化、陶瓷、冶金等行業(yè),電動(dòng)隔膜泵適用于低壓,即出口壓力≤3kgf/cm2的場(chǎng)合. 電動(dòng)隔膜泵是生產(chǎn)的一種新型輸送機(jī)械，采用電動(dòng)機(jī)通過(guò)減速機(jī)減速驅(qū)動(dòng)，對(duì)于各種腐蝕性液體，帶顆粒的液體，高粘度、易揮發(fā)、易燃、劇毒的液體，均能以抽光吸盡。

電動(dòng)隔膜泵注意事項(xiàng):電動(dòng)隔膜泵工作時(shí)先打開(kāi)出口閥，在工作時(shí)嚴(yán)禁關(guān)閉出口閥門(mén)。

1、電動(dòng)隔膜泵不需灌引水，自動(dòng)能力達(dá)7米以上。

2、通過(guò)性能好，直徑在10毫米以下的顆粒、泥漿等均可以毫不費(fèi)力地通過(guò)。

3、由于隔膜將被輸送介質(zhì)和傳動(dòng)機(jī)械件分開(kāi)，所以介質(zhì)不會(huì)向外泄漏。且泵本身無(wú)軸封，使用壽命大大延長(zhǎng)。根據(jù)不同介質(zhì)，隔膜分為氯丁橡膠、氟橡膠、丁晴橡膠等，可以滿4、泵體介質(zhì)流經(jīng)部份，可根據(jù)用戶要求，分為鑄鐵、不銹鋼、襯膠，電機(jī)分為普通式和防爆式兩種。
