污水污物全不銹鋼精密鑄造潛水電泵采用雙流道式葉輪結(jié)構(gòu)，大大提高了污物的通過能力，該產(chǎn)品可配自動攪勻裝置，該裝置隨電機軸旋轉(zhuǎn)，產(chǎn)生*的攪拌力，將污水池內(nèi)的沉積物攪拌成懸浮物，吸入泵內(nèi)排出，提高了泵的防堵、排污能力，一次性完成了排水、清污、除淤，節(jié)約了運行成本，是具有明顯的*性的實用性環(huán)保產(chǎn)品。

進口不銹鋼排污泵產(chǎn)品應用:

適用于化工、商業(yè)嚴重污染廢水的排放，城市污水處理廠、醫(yī)院、賓館的排水系統(tǒng)，礦山、發(fā)電廠、農(nóng)村沼氣池、農(nóng)田灌溉等。

介質(zhì)溫度不超過60℃，密度不超過1~3kg/dm3, PH值為4~10范圍內(nèi)。

304、316不銹鋼材質(zhì)可適用于各種腐蝕性介質(zhì)。

1.采用*的雙流道葉輪，大大提高了污物通過能力，能有效通過直徑為泵出口直徑50%的顆粒。
2.機械密封采用新型硬質(zhì)耐腐耐磨材料，同時將密封改進為兩套機械密封，保證密封可靠性。
3.整體結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、體積小、噪聲小、節(jié)能*，檢修方便，無需建泵房，潛入水中就可
工作，大大降低工程造價。
4.滲漏報警器可檢測水是否進入電機殼，若進水，會自動報警并停機。
5.泵內(nèi)密封油室內(nèi)設置有高精度抗擾漏水檢測傳感器及定子繞組內(nèi)預埋了熱敏元件，對水泵電機
保護。
6.副葉輪平衡軸向力并降低密封腔壓力，延長軸承及機械密封壽命。
7.浮球開關(guān)可以根據(jù)所需液位變化，對勸控制泵的起動與停止，不需要專人看管，使用極為方便。

8. 可根據(jù)用戶需要配置全自動安全保護控制柜，對泵的漏水、漏電、過載及超溫等進行保護，
提高了產(chǎn)品的安全性與可靠性。
9.可根據(jù)用戶需要配置自動耦合安裝系統(tǒng)，給安裝、維修帶來*方便，人可不必為此而進入
污水坑。
10.能夠在全揚程范圍內(nèi)使用，而保證電機不會過載。
