先導(dǎo)式電磁閥和直動(dòng)式電磁閥的詳細(xì)區(qū)別主要有：
1、直動(dòng)式電磁閥通電時(shí)，電磁線圈產(chǎn)生電磁力把關(guān)閉件從閥座上提起，閥門(mén)打開(kāi)；斷電時(shí)，電磁力消失，彈簧把關(guān)閉件壓在閥座上，閥門(mén)關(guān)閉。在真空、負(fù)壓、零壓時(shí)能正常工作，但通徑一般不超過(guò)25mm。
2、先導(dǎo)式電磁閥通電時(shí)，電磁力會(huì)把先導(dǎo)孔打開(kāi)，使電磁閥中的上腔室壓力迅速降下，在關(guān)閉件周?chē)纬缮系拖赂叩膲翰睿黧w壓力推動(dòng)關(guān)閉件向上移動(dòng)，閥門(mén)打開(kāi)；斷電時(shí)，彈簧力把先導(dǎo)孔關(guān)閉，入口壓力通過(guò)旁孔進(jìn)入上腔室，在關(guān)閥件周?chē)纬上碌蜕细叩膲翰?，流體壓力推動(dòng)關(guān)閉件向下移動(dòng)，關(guān)閉閥門(mén)。該閥流體壓力范圍上限較高，可任意安裝但必須滿足流體壓差條件。
3、先導(dǎo)式比直通式承受壓力大，而且直動(dòng)式相比較先導(dǎo)式的啟動(dòng)速度快，如果用于快速切斷的，建議選擇直動(dòng)式的。因?yàn)橄葘?dǎo)式的是通電后小閥先開(kāi)啟，主閥后開(kāi)，直動(dòng)式的則是主閥直接打開(kāi)。
4、此外先導(dǎo)式的相比于直動(dòng)式的流通能力要大一些，一般CV值可達(dá)3以上，而直動(dòng)式的一般CV值都是小于1。直動(dòng)式是靠零壓?jiǎn)?dòng)，而先導(dǎo)式的必須有先導(dǎo)壓力，一般在2bar左右。直動(dòng)式功率要比先導(dǎo)式大，先導(dǎo)式對(duì)壓縮空氣的純凈度要求比較高，但是直動(dòng)式就沒(méi)有那么的嚴(yán)格了。
