高溫電磁閥它廣泛應用于船舶重工、測試設備、加熱設備、液壓設備等，工作溫度在300℃以上的導熱系統(tǒng)中。常閉：當線圈通電時，先導閥芯吸合，先導孔打開，閥上卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質壓力推動，電磁閥打開；當線圈斷電時，先導閥芯靠彈簧復位，先導孔關閉，閥上腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復位彈簧的推力，閥關閉。常開：當線圈通電時，先導孔關閉，閥上腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復位彈簧的推力，電磁閥關閉。當線圈斷電時，先導閥芯靠彈簧復位，先導孔打開，閥上腔卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質壓力推動，電磁閥打開。閥芯均為不銹活塞式，活塞環(huán)用特殊耐溫、耐磨材料制作；活塞與金屬閥腔不產(chǎn)生直接摩擦，閥體安裝方向無限制；特制線圈，并采用散熱的結構方式，因此不易燒毀；長時間停止動作重新啟動，動作同樣靈敏；低啟動壓力0.2MPa。高溫電磁閥的閥體安裝。
