進(jìn)口大口徑電磁閥選用要點(diǎn)：

1. 電磁閥選用主要控制參數(shù)為通徑、設(shè)計(jì)公稱壓力、介質(zhì)允許溫度范圍、接口尺寸等。 

2. 電磁閥是用電磁鐵推動(dòng)閥門的開啟與關(guān)閉，通常用于口徑在40mm以下的兩位式控制中，尤其多用于接通、切斷或轉(zhuǎn)換氣路、液路等。 

3. 閥門的密封性能是考核閥門質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)劣的主要指標(biāo)之一。閥門的密封性能主要包括兩個(gè)方面，即內(nèi)漏和外漏。內(nèi)漏是指閥座與關(guān)閉件之間對(duì)介質(zhì)達(dá)到的密封程度。外漏是指閥桿填料部位的泄露，中*片部位的泄露以及閥體因鑄造缺陷造成的泄露。外漏是不允許發(fā)生的。 

4. 電磁閥主要優(yōu)點(diǎn)是體積小，動(dòng)作可靠，維修方便，價(jià)格便宜。選擇時(shí)需要注意根據(jù)工藝要求選擇常開或常閉型。 

進(jìn)口大口徑電磁閥安裝、調(diào)試、操作
1、裝置的安裝必須符合“現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全規(guī)程”的相關(guān)規(guī)定。
2、在安裝電磁閥前，管道必須清洗干凈，必要時(shí)閥前須裝過濾器。
3、安裝時(shí)必須使線圈豎直向上，閥前須設(shè)置手動(dòng)截止閥，介質(zhì)流通方向應(yīng)與閥體上箭頭指示方向一致。
4、不能將電磁閥安裝在管道低凹處，以免因蒸汽冷凝水、雜質(zhì)等沉積在閥內(nèi)而妨礙正常工作。
5、在管道剛性不足的情況下，建議把閥前后管子用支架固定，以防電磁閥工作時(shí)引起振動(dòng)。
6、在電磁閥發(fā)生故障時(shí)，為了及時(shí)隔離電磁閥，并保證系統(tǒng)正常運(yùn)行，安裝旁路裝置。
7、連續(xù)性生產(chǎn)部門為在電磁閥清洗和檢修期間仍確保生產(chǎn)正常進(jìn)行，建議采用旁路隔離裝法。注意：旁通閥平時(shí)要常閉。
8、電磁閥安裝完成后，檢查水路和電路連接無誤，接通水路和電路，試動(dòng)作數(shù)次，確認(rèn)正常后方可投入正式使用。

開箱及檢查
開箱時(shí)注意保護(hù)產(chǎn)品，不準(zhǔn)磕碰和劃傷。開箱后，應(yīng)檢查否有使用說明書、
產(chǎn)品合格證、裝箱單等技術(shù)資料。
