液閥又名無凹槽漿液閥，整體式漿液閥，閥體密封采用“O"型復合密封圈結(jié)構(gòu)，克服了原對夾式漿液閥采用“U"型密封墊受力后易移位和變形，介質(zhì)外泄等缺點。閘板采用刀形結(jié)構(gòu)，解決了灰漿沉淀密封槽內(nèi)，閥門關閉不嚴，外泄漏等問題。 采用全圓形的通道設計，在刀板上端安裝有聚四氟乙烯、刮泥器，聚膠脂或含Ni耐磨鑄鐵制成的耐磨折邊錐體安裝在刀閘閥的進口端，可在閥體四周設置多個沖洗口。刀板底端加工成刀刃，光潔度高，保證了良好的密封性。

The gate adopts a knife-shaped structure, which solves the problems of improper closure and leakage of the valve in the slurry sedimentation sealing groove. A fully circular channel design is adopted, and a PTFE and a mud scraper are installed at the upper end of the cutter plate. The wear-resistant flange cone made of polyester resin or Ni-containing wear-resistant cast iron is installed at the inlet end of the cutter gate valve, and a plurality of flushing ports can be arranged around the valve body. The bottom end of the cutter plate is machined into a cutting edge, which has high smoothness and ensures good sealing performance.
