【進(jìn)口高純氣體減壓閥】詳細(xì)說明:
就是將氣體鋼瓶中的高壓氣體減為實(shí)驗(yàn)及工況所需的低壓氣體壓力的減壓閥。采用活塞式減壓結(jié)構(gòu),輸出壓力穩(wěn)定,主要用于石油化工、化纖、照明電器、熱處理、冶金、玻璃、食品、醫(yī)藥、電子等主導(dǎo)領(lǐng)域的氮?dú)怃撈浚鯕怃撈?,氦氣鋼瓶,氫氣鋼瓶,氬氣鋼瓶,乙炔鋼瓶的出口減壓。各種氣體一般都是貯存在的高壓氣體鋼瓶中,使用時(shí)通過減壓閥使氣體壓力降至實(shí)驗(yàn)所需范圍,再經(jīng)過其它控制閥門細(xì)調(diào),使氣體輸入使用系統(tǒng)。由于氣瓶?jī)?nèi)壓力較高,而氣焊和氣割和使用點(diǎn)所需的壓力卻較小,所以需要用減壓器來把儲(chǔ)存在氣瓶?jī)?nèi)的較高壓力的氣體降為低壓氣體,并應(yīng)保證所需的工作壓力自始至終保持穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。
It is a pressure reducing valve that reduces the high pressure gas in gas cylinder to the low pressure gas pressure required for experiment and operation. The piston-type decompression structure with stable output pressure is mainly used for decompression of nitrogen cylinders, oxygen cylinders, helium cylinders, hydrogen cylinders, argon cylinders, acetylene cylinders in the leading fields of petrochemical industry, chemical fibers, lighting appliances, heat treatment, metallurgy, glass, food, medicine and electronics. Various gases are generally stored in special high-pressure gas cylinders. When used, the pressure of the gas is reduced to the required range of the experiment through the pressure reducing valve, and then fine-tuned by other control valves, so that the gas is input into the use system. Because of the high pressure in the cylinder and the low pressure required for gas welding, gas cutting and service point, it is necessary to reduce the high pressure gas stored in the cylinder to low pressure gas with a pressure reducer, and to ensure that the required working pressure remains stable from beginning to end.
【進(jìn)口高純氣體減壓閥】安裝說明:
1、用下扳將減壓器進(jìn)出氣接頭螺紋與氣瓶閥螺紋或高低壓側(cè)管路可靠的連接,一防止氣體泄漏。請(qǐng)勿轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)減壓器本體,應(yīng)夾持本體,轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)螺母擰緊。2、*清除氣瓶和管路系統(tǒng)與減壓器連接位置處的油污、水及灰塵,一旦雜質(zhì)進(jìn)入氣體減壓器內(nèi),將會(huì)導(dǎo)致污染氣體,阻塞氣體通道或產(chǎn)生其他麻煩。3、在安裝過程中,應(yīng)確保減壓器進(jìn)、出氣接頭與減壓器連接處不會(huì)發(fā)生松動(dòng),否則將會(huì)導(dǎo)致氣體泄漏,造成安全重大隱患。4、如果管路上的螺紋變形,無法與氣體減壓器順利地裝上時(shí),就不要強(qiáng)行連接,否則會(huì)導(dǎo)致管路系統(tǒng)及氣體減壓器上的螺紋損壞,從而引起嚴(yán)重事故。
【進(jìn)口高純氣體減壓閥】工作原理:
1、 本閥通過啟閉件的節(jié)流,造成壓力損失迫使進(jìn)口壓力在出口處降低某一個(gè)需要值,當(dāng)流量和壓力變化時(shí),利用本身介質(zhì)能量來控制出口壓力基本不變的目的。2、本閥介質(zhì)走向由上進(jìn)下出,當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)出口壓力時(shí),順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)節(jié)螺栓迫使活塞向下移動(dòng),打開主閥,改變節(jié)流面積,造成壓力損失,實(shí)現(xiàn)減壓。由于閥后介質(zhì)通過“X”通道流入活塞下腔并與活塞上方保持平衡,當(dāng)壓力和流變化時(shí),使主閥節(jié)流面積始終保持相應(yīng)位置。 德國(guó)LIT進(jìn)口減壓閥由于本閥采用卸荷機(jī)構(gòu),減小了進(jìn)口壓力面積,從而減小了閥門出口壓力偏差,大大提高了減壓閥的穩(wěn)壓,主閥主要由閥座、主閥盤、活塞、彈簧等零件組成。導(dǎo)閥主要由閥座、閥瓣膜片、彈簧、調(diào)節(jié)彈簧等零件組成。通過調(diào)節(jié)調(diào)節(jié)彈簧壓力設(shè)定出口壓力利用膜片傳感出口壓力變化,通過導(dǎo)閥啟閉驅(qū)動(dòng)活塞調(diào)節(jié)主閥節(jié)流部位過流面積的大小,實(shí)現(xiàn)減壓穩(wěn)壓功能。
