鍛鋼止回閥要注意閥體排污和絲堵泄壓問題。閥門試驗后，密封腔閥腔內(nèi)氣體和水分因環(huán)境溫度升高而升壓，注脂時要*行排污泄壓，以利于注脂工作的順利進行。注脂后密封腔內(nèi)的空氣和水分被充分置換出來。及時泄掉閥腔壓力，也保障了閥門使用安全。注脂結(jié)束后，一定要擰緊排污和泄壓絲堵，以防意外發(fā)生。注脂時，要注意出脂均勻的問題。正常注脂時，距離注脂口近的出脂孔先出脂，然后到低點，后是高點，逐次出脂。如果不按規(guī)律或不出脂，證明存在堵塞，及時進行清通處理
