【進(jìn)口低溫截止閥】工作原理:
(1)低溫閥門進(jìn)口低溫截止閥的長閥桿具有保護(hù)低溫閥門填料函的功能,因?yàn)樘盍虾拿芊庑允堑蜏亻y的關(guān)鍵之一。該填料函處如果泄漏,將降低保冷效果,導(dǎo)致液化氣體氣化。在低溫狀態(tài)下隨著溫度的降低,填料彈性逐漸消失,防漏性能隨之下降,由于介質(zhì)滲漏造成填料與閥桿處結(jié)冰,影響閥桿正常操作同時(shí)也會(huì)因閥桿上下移動(dòng)而漿填料劃傷,引起嚴(yán)重泄漏。因此要保證填料臬部位的溫度在8℃以上。
(2) 低溫閥門的長閥桿蓋結(jié)構(gòu)便于纏繞保冷材料,防止低溫閥門冷能損失。
(3) 低溫閥門進(jìn)口低溫截止閥的長閥桿便于閥門主件通過閥蓋拆下進(jìn)行快速更換。由于設(shè)備冷段中的工藝管道和閥門經(jīng)常裝設(shè)在'冷箱'中,長頸閥蓋可以穿過'冷箱'壁伸出。更換閥門主件時(shí),只需通過閥蓋進(jìn)行拆換,而不需拆卸閥體。閥體與管道焊接成一體,盡可能地減小了冷箱的滲漏,保證了閥門的密封性。
