全自動(dòng)滅菌發(fā)酵罐1
概 述:工作體積15L,本發(fā)酵系統(tǒng)的材質(zhì)、結(jié)構(gòu)、布局*按照發(fā)酵系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),符合GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本系統(tǒng)配有所需的補(bǔ)料瓶、蠕動(dòng)泵、循環(huán)泵、控制閥、管路系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng),充分保證系統(tǒng)的安全性、可靠性;還可配置空氣、蒸汽和水的預(yù)處理系統(tǒng),在完成安裝調(diào)試后,只需接入蒸汽、空氣、水源和電源就可進(jìn)行發(fā)酵運(yùn)行。
罐體結(jié)構(gòu):主體材質(zhì)為全不銹鋼,罐內(nèi)*;帶發(fā)酵罐取樣、放料閥,移種管道。采用大視角罐內(nèi)液位觀察 視鏡,12V安全視燈,帶有液位接口、接種口、補(bǔ)料口、及多個(gè)備用口,所有焊縫堅(jiān)固整齊美觀。罐體及夾套的設(shè)計(jì)壓力均為0.3Mpa,采用優(yōu)化導(dǎo)流設(shè)計(jì),提高了交換效率和罐內(nèi)溫度的均勻性,溫度的控制穩(wěn)定均勻 是發(fā)酵得以成功的基本條件。
表面處理:內(nèi)外拋光,且容易清洗,精度:0.4um。
滅菌方式:自動(dòng)程序滅菌,滅菌過程可編程控制;可設(shè)置滅菌順序,范圍:100℃~130℃,氣動(dòng)閥通過程序控制進(jìn)行高溫滅菌。對(duì)于有些發(fā)酵品種對(duì)滅菌溫度要求波動(dòng)很小,可降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度的可以選用自動(dòng)程序控制滅菌,此時(shí)滅菌溫度非常精確
攪拌系統(tǒng):采用直接耦合機(jī)械攪拌和罐頂式機(jī)械密封系統(tǒng),以及英國機(jī)械密封(約翰克蘭)、高性能攪拌槳、消泡槳、交流調(diào)速電機(jī),無級(jí)調(diào)速機(jī), 可進(jìn)行全自動(dòng)控制。大功率的變速機(jī)構(gòu)使攪拌穩(wěn)定可保持運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)自如且不需要添加潤滑油,全自動(dòng)設(shè)定控制范圍50~1000 rpm;
溫度自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng):進(jìn)水經(jīng)過補(bǔ)水閥;電加熱,水冷卻,超溫保護(hù)功能,LCD觸摸屏控制;循環(huán)水加熱和冷卻系統(tǒng);范圍:冷卻水溫度5~65℃;精度:±0.2℃;分辨率:0.01℃,配套制冷循環(huán)裝置,具有良好的熱交換效率;智能PID控制既保證了溫控的快速性又實(shí)現(xiàn)了節(jié)能。發(fā)酵溫度控制范圍:冷卻水溫度5~65℃, 精度:±0.1℃,溫度的精度和穩(wěn)定對(duì)發(fā)酵的結(jié)果有著決定性的影響。
流量檢測(cè)與壓力檢測(cè)系統(tǒng):轉(zhuǎn)子流量計(jì)檢測(cè),手動(dòng)控制空氣流量
pH自動(dòng)控制:檢測(cè)pH,采用智能PID控制,蠕動(dòng)泵自動(dòng)添加酸、堿,精確控制pH(有手動(dòng)、關(guān)閉、自動(dòng)三檔可切換)。顯示范圍:0.00~14.00±0.01,全自動(dòng)控制范圍:2.00~12.00±0.05??刂破骺蓪?shí)現(xiàn):pH值曲線分析、加酸、加堿量曲線分析、批報(bào)表分析、酸加入量累計(jì)顯示記錄、堿加入量累計(jì)顯示記錄、數(shù)據(jù)保存
DO在線檢測(cè):可通過轉(zhuǎn)速、補(bǔ)料等進(jìn)行聯(lián)動(dòng)控制。智能PID控制,使溶解氧這個(gè)以往較難控制的參數(shù),也達(dá)到了很理想的控制效果。控制范圍:0~150%±1%, 控制器可實(shí)現(xiàn):DO值曲線分析、批報(bào)表分析(根據(jù)發(fā)酵時(shí)間,DO自動(dòng)變量控制,至少10段)。
補(bǔ)料控制:具備完善的補(bǔ)料系統(tǒng),補(bǔ)料可計(jì)量,可曲線記錄;蠕動(dòng)泵數(shù)量可根據(jù)需要選擇,常規(guī)配置為每臺(tái)發(fā)酵罐二個(gè)。蠕動(dòng)泵的作用可在控制界面上選擇設(shè)定,這樣使用戶在實(shí)際使用時(shí)更為方便靈活。配有特別設(shè)計(jì)的補(bǔ)料插針,以確保補(bǔ)料的安全操作。

Tank structure: Main material as a whole stainless steel, with no dead angle. Take special sampling, pick feeding valve, and the moveing microorganism pipeline. Adopted of observing endoscopic of big angle with tank level, safety depending on the lamp of 12V, with liquid level interface, vaccination mouth, filling material mouth, and multiple alternate mouth, all welds fortified tidy and beautiful. The design pressure of tanks and clip set are 0.3 Mpa, adopting the optimization diversion design, improved exchange efficiency and tank temperature uniformity, temperature control stability uniform is the basic conditions of fermentation to be successful.
Surface treatment: Internal and external polishing and easy cleaning, precision: 0.4um.
Sterilization mode: Automatic procedure sterilization, sterilization process programmable control. Can install sterilization sequence, the scope: 100 ℃ 130 ℃, pneumatic valve through procedure control on high temperature sterilizing. For some fermentation varieties to sterilization temperature requirements fluctuation, then reduce the labor intensity can choose automatic procedure control sterilization, now sterilization temperature is very precise.
Mixing system: Adopt direct coupling mechanical agitation and pot type mechanical seal system, and the British mechanical seal (John crowe LAN), high-performance agitator, defoaming OARS, exchange control motor, stepless speed regulation machine, can undertake full automatic control. High power shifting institutions make mixing stability can keep running freely, and do not need to add lubricating oil, automatic setting control range is of 50~1000rpm.
Automatic temperature control system:after filling water inlet valve. Electrical heating water cooling, overtemperature protection function, LCD touch screen control. Circulating water heating and cooling system. Scope: cooling water temperature of 5~65℃. Precision: ±0.2℃. Resolution: 0.01℃, supporting refrigeration device, with good heat efficiency. Intelligent PID control not only ensure the temperature control of the output and can save energy. The fermentation temperature control scope: The temperature of the cooling water 5~65 ℃, precision: ±0.1℃,the precision and stability of temperature of fermentation has a decisive influence on the result.
Flow test and stress test system: Rotor flowmeter test, manual control air flow.
PH automatic control: Detection pH, using intelligent PID control, wriggle pump automatically add acid, alkali, precise control pH (with manual and closed, automatic three gears can switch). Display range: 0.00~14.00±0.01,automatic control scope: 2.00~12.00±0.05. Controller can realize: PH value curve analysis, plus acid, add alkali amount curve analysis, batch statement analysis, acid addition amount accumulative total registering, alkali addition amount accumulative total display records, data storage.
DO online testing: By rotation speed, filling material for linkage control. Intelligent PID control, make this ever more difficult to control of dissolved parameters, also achieved very good controlling effect. Control scope: 0~150%±1%, Controller can realize: DO value curve analysis, batch statement analysis (according to fermentation time, DO automatic variables, control, at least 10 section).
Filling material control: With perfect fill material system, filling material will measure, can curve record. Peristaltic pump quantity can be choosed according to need. Conventional configured for each machine pick with two peristaltic pump. The role of peristaltic pump can be selected in the control interface, so that the user in actual use is more convenient. Equipped with special design of filling material insert needle, to ensure the safe operation of filling material.
