自動反沖洗過濾器
反沖洗過濾器，是一種利用濾網(wǎng)直接攔截水中的雜質(zhì)，去除水體懸浮物、顆粒物，降低濁度，凈化水質(zhì)，減少系統(tǒng)污垢、菌藻、銹蝕等產(chǎn)生，以凈化水質(zhì)及保護系統(tǒng)其他設(shè)備正常工作的精密設(shè)備。水由進水口進入自清洗過濾器機體，由于智能化設(shè)計，系統(tǒng)可自動識別雜質(zhì)沉積程度，給排污閥信號自動排污。

自動反沖洗過濾器克服傳統(tǒng)過濾產(chǎn)品的納污量小、易受污物堵塞、過濾部分需拆卸清洗且無法監(jiān)控過濾器狀態(tài)等眾多缺點，具有對原水進行過濾并自動對濾芯進行自動清洗排污的功能，且清洗排污時系統(tǒng)不間斷供水，可以監(jiān)控過濾器的工作狀態(tài)，自動化程度很高。覆蓋了由10um到3000um的各種過濾精度的需求，為客戶提供各種水過濾設(shè)備。
反沖洗過濾器，運行及控制不需外接任何能源就可以自動清洗過濾，自動排污。反沖洗期間不斷流，清洗過濾周期可以調(diào)節(jié)，清洗過濾時間默認為10-60/s，清洗過濾損失水量只占過濾水量的0.08－0.6%；過濾精度可達10-3000 微米；工作壓力可達1.0-1.6Mpa；單臺流量：4-4160m³/h。
反沖洗過濾器可立式、臥式、倒置任意方向任意位置安裝，可用于工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)、市政電力、電子、醫(yī)藥、食品、印染、建筑、鋼鐵、冶金、造紙等各行各業(yè)水過濾。
自動反沖洗過濾器可用于對工業(yè)水、海水、食品和制藥等輕化工工業(yè)廢水、循環(huán)水的過濾，廢油、液態(tài)原料等過濾處理等。在冶金工業(yè)及石化工業(yè)及電廠給排水和循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)和涉及到液態(tài)的介質(zhì)過濾等工藝中，應(yīng)用自動反沖洗過濾器也日趨廣泛，我國現(xiàn)代冶金企業(yè)引進的水系統(tǒng)、高爐水系統(tǒng)、用高壓水除鱗系統(tǒng)、乳化液系統(tǒng)以及封閉的水循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，液態(tài)的介質(zhì)過濾系統(tǒng)均大量地采用了自動反沖洗過濾器。
1.過濾精度：100～3000 μm5微米都可以達到,用鍥形網(wǎng)。
2.壓力損失：≤ 0.016 Mpa可以設(shè)計為2公斤壓差的時候就自動反沖洗。
3.排污閥口徑：DN 50 mm。
4.排污時間：10～60秒可以設(shè)計定時反沖洗或者壓差反沖洗。
5.電源：交流三相380V/ 50Hz可以用氣壓反沖洗。
6.控制界面：數(shù)顯、旋鈕、開關(guān)。
1.全自動反沖排污過濾器采用多個濾筒過濾，有效過濾面積大，壓力損失小。 設(shè)計過濾面積為進出口面積的3～5倍。
2. 全自動反沖排污過濾器維修、維護方便：設(shè)置檢修人孔，裝卸濾筒方便， 反沖洗過濾器
3. 全自動反沖排污過濾器采用多濾筒過濾、逐個濾筒清洗的結(jié)構(gòu)，清洗時不間斷供水。
4.全自動反沖排污過濾器程序控制：可根據(jù)用戶現(xiàn)場實際情況需要設(shè)定系統(tǒng)的各項參數(shù)。
5.反沖洗過濾器*的控制系統(tǒng)：控制系統(tǒng)的精確度高，并可根據(jù)不同水質(zhì)調(diào)整其工作模式和運行狀態(tài)，以提高其適應(yīng)水質(zhì)能力。
6.沖洗過濾器方便的控制方式：壓差/時間同時控制或分別控制，可根據(jù)實際工況及需求任意選擇，自動運行;同時設(shè)手動/自動轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)，控制方式可預(yù)先設(shè)定,并可實現(xiàn)電氣互鎖,
7.反沖洗過濾器設(shè)有就地控制，必要時可設(shè)遠傳控制轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)，以實現(xiàn)就地操作和遠控操作。
8. 反沖洗過濾器留有運行狀態(tài)輸出、故障報警輸出等功能,保證設(shè)備使用在安全可靠條件下全自動反沖排污過濾器功能作用
該設(shè)備在出廠前已調(diào)試完畢，用戶在使用時直接運行即可。當(dāng)設(shè)備各運行參數(shù)不能滿足用戶要求時，用戶可根據(jù)實際工況調(diào)定各參數(shù)，并相應(yīng)選用手動控制、自動控制方式進行工作。
*運行時，應(yīng)按以下步驟進行：
1.檢查過濾器是否處于正常工作狀態(tài)：
2.察看過濾器各連接處是否牢固。
3.察看過濾器電控箱部分應(yīng)是干燥的。
4.接通電源，綠色電源指示燈亮，此時表示過濾器電控部分處于正常工作狀態(tài)，設(shè)備可投入試運行。
注：插上電源時應(yīng)注意保持手的干燥，同時在過濾器工作過程中應(yīng)保持其電控器部分干燥，不可有水進入電控器內(nèi)部
