直通藍式過濾器
浙江雙慶閥門籃式過濾器（Zhejiang Shuangqing Valve Basket Filter）用于油或其它液體管道上，過濾管道里的雜物，過濾孔面積比通徑管面積大于2-3倍，遠遠超過Y型、T型過濾器過濾面積。過濾器精度在過濾器中屬于一種精度的過濾器，濾網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)與其它過濾網(wǎng)不一樣，因形狀像籃子，故名籃式過濾器。
籃式過濾器主要由接管、筒體、濾籃、法蘭、法蘭蓋及緊固件等組成。安裝在管道上能除去流體中的較大固體雜質(zhì)，使機器設(shè)備（包括壓縮機、泵等）、儀表能正常工作和運轉(zhuǎn)，達到穩(wěn)定工藝過程，保障安全生產(chǎn)的作用。
藍式過濾器是除去液體中少量固體顆粒的小型設(shè)備，可保護壓縮機、泵、儀表和其他的正常工作，當流體進入有一定規(guī)格的濾網(wǎng)的濾桶后，其雜質(zhì)被阻擋，而清潔的濾液則由過濾器出口排出，當需要清洗時，只要將可拆卸的濾桶取出，處理后重新裝入即可，因此，使用維護極為方便。已廣泛應用于石油、化工、醫(yī)藥、食品、環(huán)保等行業(yè)。若將其串連的安裝在泵的入口或系統(tǒng)管線的其他部位，則既可以延長泵和其他設(shè)備的使用壽命，又能保證整個系統(tǒng)的安全。
浙江雙慶閥門制造有限公司生產(chǎn)藍式過濾器管道在安裝時會有其它雜物帶入管道，在生產(chǎn)中原材料中也含有雜物。管道里液體經(jīng)過過濾器時它的污物由過濾器收集到濾網(wǎng)中，在一定的程度時打開殼蓋清理濾網(wǎng)即可。

c、制冷中的低溫物料，如：液甲烷、液氨、液氧及各種制冷劑；
d、 輕工食品、制藥生產(chǎn)中有衛(wèi)生要求的物料，如：啤酒、飲料、乳制品、糧漿醫(yī)藥用品等。
