• 概 述：

GLDWG—X型液體無菌灌裝機是為無菌袋大包裝工藝服務(wù)的經(jīng)濟實用型灌裝設(shè)備。

• 工作原理：

    在灌裝機經(jīng)預殺菌等準備工作就緒后，將無菌袋放在小無菌室下部特定位置。然后按照使用說明書逐個按下的按鈕，無菌袋嘴進入無菌室進行夾緊、殺菌、開蓋、灌裝、封蓋并壓緊，zui后送出無菌室等動作，完成一袋的灌裝，灌裝量由工作臺上的電子重量計量儀數(shù)字顯示并控制，整個灌裝過程在無菌室內(nèi)由機械手完成，從而保證整個灌裝過程不被污染。

• 性能特點：

1. 本設(shè)備自帶小無菌室，所有灌裝動作均在無菌室中由機械手完成，保證整個過程無污染；
2. 產(chǎn)品閥門及灌裝頭運動部件采用蒸汽屏障保護，灌裝室采用蒸汽殺菌，使用方便，殺菌*，無任何化學殘留；
3. 外殼及所有和被灌裝物接觸的地方均采用不銹鋼制作；
4. 采用鏡面焊接技術(shù)，確保焊縫光滑平整，減少產(chǎn)品殘留；

III.Working Principle

After preparation of filling machine pre-sterilization,put the aseptic bag on the special position under bottom of aseptic room. Then press the button according to the operation manual one by one for aseptic bag mouth clamping in the sterile room,sterilization,uncapping,filling,seal capping and compressing,finally finish one bag filling by send the bag out of aseptic room.filling volume will be showed and controlled by electric weight meter on the worktable,this whole movement are processed by machine hand without any pollution.
