The device is made up with inligent integrated module and power capacitor,including inligent measurement and cont rol system,zero-crossing switching system,muItiple protective system, cornmunication system,man-machine conversation system,power capacitor system,etc.It has evolutionally changed the out-of-date control system of thet raditional reactive power cornpensation device and the switching technique using mechanical contactor or mechano-electric integrative switch as switching capacitor. 過零投切:采用智能晶閘管復(fù)合開關(guān)電路,實現(xiàn)等電壓投入,零電流切除,投切無涌流沖擊、無設(shè)備過電壓,無電弧重燃,大大提高了設(shè)備的耐電壓,電流沖擊、功耗小,減少了常規(guī)電容柜內(nèi)80%的能耗。
分相補償:實現(xiàn)單相分別補償,解決三相負(fù)荷不平衡狀況,對無功缺額較大的一相進(jìn)行單獨補償,達(dá)到*化的補償效果。
節(jié)能降耗:體積縮小50%左右,可節(jié)省土地、銅材、銀材、工程塑料等資源50%左右,導(dǎo)線電損、接點電損、器件等電損降低50%左右。
溫度保護:配有溫度傳感器,能夠反映電容過電流、過諧波、漏電流過大和環(huán)境溫度過高有情情況下導(dǎo)致電容器內(nèi)部發(fā)熱,實現(xiàn)過溫度保護,超過設(shè)定溫度以后自動切除電容器,退出運行,達(dá)到保護設(shè)備的目的。
智能網(wǎng)絡(luò):多臺智能集成電力電容器聯(lián)網(wǎng)使用時,自動生成一個網(wǎng)絡(luò),其中地址碼zui小的一個為主機;如果主機故障推出,在其余從機中產(chǎn)生一個新的主機組成新的系統(tǒng);容量相同的電容器按循環(huán)投切原則,容量不同的電容器按適補原則投切;485 通訊接口可以接入后臺計算機,進(jìn)行配電綜合管理。
高可靠性:取消控制器,采用分散控制模式,杜絕因控制器故障導(dǎo)致整個系統(tǒng)癱瘓,智能晶閘管復(fù)合投切開關(guān)確保投切過程中無涌流沖擊、無操作過電壓、無電弧重燃,故障率極低,*解決了傳統(tǒng)模式中接觸器、電容器經(jīng)常損壞的難題。
