過(guò)濾除塵器是利用微孔超細(xì)纖維濾布分離氣體和微細(xì)粉塵，乃至亞微米塵埃的主要設(shè)備。適用于化工、食品、醫(yī)藥、電力、冶金、水泥等行業(yè)。按用途可分為氣力輸送系統(tǒng)用過(guò)濾除塵器和料倉(cāng)頂用過(guò)濾除塵器。按結(jié)構(gòu)可分為濾袋式除塵器和濾筒式除塵器，過(guò)濾材質(zhì)主要有纖維、普通氈料、覆膜氈料、聚酯、芳綸、聚酯布、特氟龍、滌綸、丙綸、腈綸以及覆膜濾料。
Dust collector is designed to separate superfine particle or even sub-micron dust from process gas with micropore fiber material.It is widely applied to chemical industries,food,medicine,electric power,metallurgy and concrete industry.Dust Filter can be divided into pneumatic conveying filter and silo filter according to its use .It can be also divided into bag filter and cartridge filter according to structure.Filter material is made of fibre,common felt,felt with Tex,polyester,Nomex,polymer cloth,Teflon,terylene,Plypropylene.

Filter material with tectorial membrance,electric conduction polyester dipping treatment;be able to make surface smooth if need.
★ 耐酸堿、耐潮、防粘結(jié)。
Resistance to acid and alkali,resistance tomoisture,non-bond on filter surface.
★ 除塵效率：99.99%，特殊要求，針對(duì)特殊要求可采用二次高效過(guò)濾除塵器；
Filter efficiency:99.99% and if need,can use two times high efficiency filters.
★ 工作溫度：普通濾料130℃，高溫濾料204℃；
Operating temperature:Common filter material: 130℃;Resistance to high temperature filter material: 204℃.
★ 抗破綻力：25kg/C㎡；抗張力：90kg（X），102kg（Y）。
Breaking point: 25kg/C㎡;Stretching resistance: 90kg（X），102kg（Y）.
★ 過(guò)濾除塵器采用脈沖反吹清灰、振打情灰、聲波清灰，其中脈沖反吹式過(guò)濾除塵器含脈沖控制儀、電磁閥、噴氣管、壓差儀、防護(hù)裝置、視窗等。
